UCAN TRINITY Primary School
Enrollment is open to the community on a first come first served basis. Current enrollment is at 287 students (155 females, 132 males). Of this number, 46 are orphans/vulnerable children (25 females, 21 males). Besides providing tuition free education to orphans and vulnerable children, tuition for the rest is subsidized. The main economic activity of the community is subsistence farming. The average per capita income is less than $1 a day.
With the help of donors, UCAN Trinity is able to provide quality education to this underprevilaged community.

FUTURE TECHNICAL SCHOOL
UCAN Village Vocational /Technical Training Institute (UVTI) is one of the projects which will be directly operated and administered as part of our vision. The aim is to equip students with vocational and technical skills needed to compete in the market place and develop a spirit of being self-reliant.

FUTURE UCAN FARM
Our Vision is to establish a self-sustaining school farm. This farm will provide our children access to nutritious and high-quality food enabling them to develop healthy minds for learning and healthy bodies to grow into adulthood. Having our own farm will also allow our teachers to design hands-on lessons relating to foods, health, agriculture and nutrition.

FUTURE HOSPITAL
Another component of UCAN Vision is to develop a community health center. Initially, this health center will cater to the health needs of the UCAN Trinity School student body. Our vision is to expand these health services to the community on a cost basis. Our long term vision is to build a hospital which will serve the community.
Our Approach
We work with real people, real problems to provide long term sustainable solutions through The Indigenous Missions Empowerment (TIME) Model. Our programs and goals are entrenched in the TIME MODEL. Through this model, UCAN Village seeks to bring hope, dignity, and love to orphaned and vulnerable children through improved education, health, and technical skills development.
